* The following policy applies to, and is listed on, all Fit & Able races and must be acknowledged and agreed to while registering for any Fit & Able event. 

FIT & ABLE’S PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE!

After registration all sales are final and there are no refunds. Participants may SWITCH to the virtual race, DEFER to next year’s race, TRANSFER to any other Fit & Able race (of similar or shorter distance) before then, EXCHANGE with another runner, or CONVERT to a donation upon request FOR ANY REASON up to 48 hours prior to the in-person race.

If the in-person race is unable to occur FOR ANY REASON up to 48 hours prior to the in-person race date the event WILL NOT BE CANCELLED entirely. All participants will be switched to the virtual race but may DEFER, TRANSFER, EXCHANGE, or CONVERT upon request up to the 48 hour deadline.

If the in-person race is unable to occur FOR ANY REASON within 48 hours of the in-person race all participants will be switched to the virtual race. No other registration options are available. Refunds are not available.
